We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and energetic Automotive Service Manager with a proven track record of success to lead our premier service facility in
Responsibilities:
Operating an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, policy adherence, achievement of company/dealership goals and objectives, and maintenance of all service records.
Achieving production goals, including saleable targets, quality standards, reconditioning costs, and cycle times.
Maintaining retail service goals, including: customer service, quality, and labor sales targets.
Maintaining staffing levels, training and developing employees, and performance management.
Managing the reconditioning process of Hertz Car Sales vehicles.
Ensuring compliance of risk management including administration of loss prevention, facility maintenance, and environmental health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Experience successfully managing a automotive service department in a complex, fast paced environment
Successful career progression with increasing roles of responsibilities
Proven track record of solving complex problems
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which might include nights, weekends and holidays
Proven track record of leadership
Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
Hands-on automotive mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
